うんこ占い.com（以下「当サイト」）をご利用いただく前に、本規約をお読みください。当サイトをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第1条（サービスの内容）

当サイトは、生年月日にもとづくキャラクター診断、キャラクター図鑑、相性診断、月別運勢などの娯楽コンテンツを提供します。当サイトの占い結果は娯楽を目的としたものであり、医療・法律・投資・進路など、人生における重要な判断の根拠としてご利用いただくことは想定しておりません。

第2条（無料コンテンツと有料コンテンツ）

当サイトには無料でご利用いただけるコンテンツと、有料でご提供する詳細鑑定レポート等が含まれます。有料コンテンツの販売条件・返金の可否などは、各販売ページに記載される内容に従います。

第3条（知的財産権）

Please read these Terms before using Unko Oracle (unkouranai.com, hereinafter "the Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Site provides entertainment content including character diagnoses based on date of birth, a character index, compatibility readings, and monthly fortunes. The fortune-telling results provided on the Site are for entertainment purposes only and are not intended as a basis for important life decisions such as medical, legal, financial, or career choices.

2. Free and Paid Content

The Site includes both free content and paid content (such as detailed reading reports). The terms of sale and refund policies for paid content follow what is described on each respective sales page.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the text, characters, illustrations, diagnostic logic, and worldbuilding (including the Toilet World and the 12 characters) appearing on the Site belong to the operator or to the rightful owners.

The following actions, beyond personal viewing and casual sharing on social media, are not permitted:

• Commercial use, merchandising, or sale of derivative works
• Building similar services using content from the Site
